Ultimate Tournaments

We hope you are all excited about next week’s tournament!  We are looking forward to everyone staying with us!  In keeping with our annual tradition, Great Wolf Lodge will be offering some pizza party options for teams to get together during their time here.  All parties can be coordinated through the group sales department by calling 888-458-1422 or 608-253-2222 x4969.

There are 2 options to select from:

1)      Private Pizza Party

·         Room rental fee of $50 - $100 (depends on the size room we reserve)

·         Minimum of 20 people

·         Two hours of use in the room

·         Variety of pizzas from Pizza Hut and soda

·         $9.99 per person inclusive of tax and gratuity

2)      Open Pizza Buffet

·         Teams make reservations for the buffet between 5:30pm and 8:30pm

·         Reservation seating times will be for an hour at 5:30pm, 6:30pm, 7:30pm and 8:30pm

·         We will have approximately 2 teams per seating time (if demand is great we will open another room)

·         Variety of homemade Great Wolf pizzas, cookies and soda

·         $8.99 per person inclusive of tax and gratuity

All food and beverage must be purchased at Great Wolf Lodge, no outside food and beverage brought in please.  Parents may purchase alcohol at our Loose Moose Bar and Grill to bring into the party rooms, no other outside alcohol will be permitted in the rooms. 

One main contact will setup the team’s party.  That person will be responsible for a 25% payment at time of reservation via credit card.  The final balance will be charged to the credit card the next business day.  Great Wolf Lodge will not be able to accept individual payments from each of the guests.  Final guarantee is due 72 hours prior.  If numbers are less the day of the event the guarantee number is what the team is responsible for.  If more people attend than was guaranteed we will charge for the total number of attendees.
