Ultimate Tournaments

We hope you are excited about your upcoming tournament!  Great Wolf is excited to continue to offer team celebrations!  This year we will have options for pizza and breakfast parties.  All events can be planned through our Sales Coordinator by calling 608-253-2222 x7530.  All parties must be setup no later than one week prior to arrival; we cannot setup group parties once onsite. 

Pizza Party Options:

1)      1) Private Pizza Party

·             Room rental fee of $50 - $100 (depends on the size room we reserve)

·             Minimum of 20 people

·             Two hours

·             Menu – Variety of homemade Great Wolf pizzas, cookies and soda for $9.99 per person plus tax and gratuity

°         Add on:

§  Tossed Salad with a variety of dressings, breadsticks and brownies for an extra $2.00 per person

2)   2) Open Pizza Buffet

·             Teams make reservations for the buffet every hour on the hour (multiple teams may be signed up at each reservation)

·             Reservation seating times will be for an hour

·             Minimum of 10 people

·             Menu – Variety of homemade Great Wolf pizzas, cookies and soda for $9.99 per person plus tax and gratuity

Breakfast Party Options:

1) Private Breakfast Party

·             Room rental fee of $50 - $100 (depends on the size room we reserve)

·             Minimum of 20 people

·             Two hours

·             Menu – Scrambled eggs, sausage, pancakes, pastries, cold cereal, coffee, tea and milk for $8.99 per person plus tax and gratuity

2) Grab n Go Breakfast Party

·             Teams pre-order breakfast boxes to-go

·             Minimum of 10 boxes must be pre-ordered

·             Menu Choices – pick 1 hot food, pick 1 cold food item and pick 1 beverage for $5.00 per person plus tax and gratuity

°         Breakfast Burrito or Breakfast Sandwich; Whole Fruit or Yogurt; Milk, Apple Juice or Orange Juice

All food and beverage must be purchased at Great Wolf Lodge, no outside food and alcohol will be permitted in the rooms.  One main contact will setup the team’s party.  That person will be responsible for signing a banquet agreement and providing a 25% deposit via credit card.  The final balance will be charged to the credit card the next business day.  Great Wolf Lodge will not be able to accept individual payments from each of the guests.  Final guarantee is due 72 hours prior.  If numbers are less the day of the event the guarantee number is what the team is responsible for.  If more people attend than was guaranteed we will charge for the total number of attendees.  Parties are on a first come first serve basis.
